Unframed - natural ply wood sides visible
This began life as a view from inside a cave with bright acid colours. It evolved into a softer piece, layers of paint acting like layers of light obscuring the view and shifting into something more abstract, less recognisable but retaining a kind of subtle psychedelic feel. Leaving brush marks visible in places, I like the textural appearance this creates, a softer emulation of the jagged rock interior.
